Essentials of a new trailer?

What are some of the best thing about your show trailer? What are some must haves or things that you would like to change. I'm working on getting a new trailer and wanting to see what's everyone though. Thanks.

Ramp, inside and outside lighting a dressing room, If I were buying a new trailer I would want painted pens so the aluminum doesn't keep turning white pigs blue.

110 outlets in back and feed rm ,ramp, good lighting in back,

All the above plus drop down windows instead of slats.

All the above listed are nice, In my opinion the option that everyone has listed that is a deal breaker is the ramp. I like all the other options but I will never buy a new trailer with out a ramp, it just makes going to shows so easy.
