can you use powerfill & ultrafull to hold for adout 1 pound of gain a day for a couple of weeks

I Have no experience with Ultra full but i would imagine it would work similar to depth charge in a holding situation. Powefill and Depth charge can be used to hold to 1lb a day for 2 weeks or longer very successfully

That is true. High Octane Depth Charge doesn't produce much gain at all. However, High Octane Ultra Full contains 4% fat, so it will cause a little more growth. But, it can be done.

It's working, just under 1lb it was .85 adg.
