Feed transitioning

I am new to feeding fair pigs and the first time I've had to feed them for my daughter for fair pigs we started our litter on ultracare 500. They are currently 35 pounds so now we are transitioning them to 509. My question is how long do I keep them on 509 before I transition them to the 18% 709

I suggest feeding HONOR Show Chow Showpig 509 until the pigs weigh about 50 lbs and then transition to Showpig 709.
