weight/paylean?

i am going 2 begin paylean on a gilt shortly, will the weight spike come before all the muscle or what will happen? thank you

It's my experience that the weight spike will happen before the muscle. I'm sure it's happening simultaneously, but the weight spike will be the first thing that will really get your attention. The muscle seems to come a bit more gradually.
