Any tricks to gain a few extra pounds on weigh in day?

My hog is very light weight and may not make weigh in so is there anything I can give her before weigh in to get some more weight on her?

A gallon of chocolate milk. They love it and it adds about 8 pounds.

Is there any concerns of the caffeine in the chocolate and any problems with digestive system (loose stool, going off feed, etc.)?
