My main sticking points come from the other common beta-adrenergic agonists. I personally know individuals that were prescribed these drugs for allergy relief, weight reduction, mood alteration, quit smoking, and the list goes on. Some with detrimental effects to their health....long term.
I don't honestly believe that the jury is fully in on these substances. For example, I have located several papers which mention the observed effects on nervous tissues and then question what is actually going on it the brain. Fact is we don't yet know.

To me, the more literature I search through, the more serious questions I have.

Uno mas

I also think to be fair in searching the materials available, it is also necessary to look over the materials on beta-blockers....which block the effects of beta-adrenergic agonists. I think a good look at this may assist in an informed decision. When you see what beta-blockers are stopping you may have a better idea of what racto can cause.

Would not disagree with being fully informed.

We must remember the length of use and dosages involved as well. Since this product is intended to be used in animals approaching market weight long term effects on the treated animal will be minimal. The study you cite from Germany found very limited negative effects at relatively high doses in several species including man. The drug is rapidly eliminated from the system drastically reducing the possibility that consumption of animals properly treated with the product will be detrimental to the consuming organism.

Thanks for the well reasoned debate!

Always a pleasure to discuss such things with those learned individuals that have at least gone to the trouble of[u:b8e5ab8fea] [b:b8e5ab8fea]trying[/b:b8e5ab8fea][/u:b8e5ab8fea] to do their homework, or in your case having [u:b8e5ab8fea][b:b8e5ab8fea]succeded[/b:b8e5ab8fea][/u:b8e5ab8fea] in doing his homework.

Intelligent people may disagree, but at least they know what they disagree about.

A real pleasure and thanks for the additional info.
