Baby pigs dying **Help**
A had a litter of 10 born(9 alive) 2 nights ago. Since then 3 have died and 1 looks not far from it. They are not getting layers on. They seem fine, then a few hours later they look poor, a few more hours and they're dead. Sow's litter did something similar last litter. I've given iron and hit the rest with pen this morning.

Sounds like dehydration from either scours which you should see or starvation as the sow does not seem to be milking.
If that is the case she should be culled.

It is neither of those. Sow is milking like a Holstein and they do not have the scours.

You should have a post mortem exam done on the pigs you lost. Any advice you might get online is going to just be a guess that's biased by the description without any real context. For example, the guess that buckibri gave is very reasonable given the way you describe the situation.
Do you want to know who you are? Don't ask. Act! Action will delineate and define you.

Hog Doc is correct.
I'd also check your umbilical cords and make sure they are long enough to not bleed out.
