Who has breed this? What was the color comb? Anything with spots and how many red belts where in the litter?
Thanks

100% of the time a true pure Hamp noar will sire black or black belted pigs when bred to a red or red belted sow.
If a Hamp boar throws any form of red, he is not a pure hamp and has a red gene.

Gilt's mom is a 3/4 red wattle and 1/4 hamp and dad a hamp exotic which we were told he threw red babies.
Now son's new boar looks like a hamp but gut feeling says he aint pure. Belt is off and he has two white stocking in the back.

Sounds like a belted cross boar.
Progeny will likely be rainbow colors.

I'll give him the news that he "should" expect a caladoscope color of pigs and with a wing and a prayer that he might get another red belt out of his crossing.
Thanks!
