Pedigree Questions for 1st time breeder

My son is starting a breeding operation for his FFA Project this year. We have 1 gilt that we A.I. ourselves and just purchased another bred gilt. My question is how do you list the pedigree?
Do you use only the boars?
Example.. the gilt we AI'd is a New Vision x Priceless. We used Sugar Daddy semen. So will her litter be considered Priceless x Sugar Daddy or do we list all 3?
My bred gilt is listed as Buzz Saw x Midnight Rider
Do we not list the Sire of the Dam

list sire first it should go like this sugar daddy x new vision x priceless

Geneticist here. List the sire then dam, ie Sire x Dam. Typically people only recognize the sires so everyone lists the Sire X the sire of the dam. When you want to list out more of the dams pedigree it is more conventional to list Sire x (sire of dam x grand sire of dam). So the piglets of your New Vision female can be listed as Sugar Daddy X New Vision (which will satisfy 90% of the people) or Sugar Daddy x (New Vision x Priceless).
