The only product coming to mind that I know is oil free is show a peel, there is also lusters pink lotion light and revive lite, both contain oil but less than the originals.

When we are conditioning at home, we rinse the pigs and then use normal suave conditioner on them.
At shows, we use show a peel the day before and hog heaven the day of.

Re: non oil skin and hair conditioner
Conditioning skin and hair at home is key. Regular washing, brushing and skin conditioning is going to give you an added advantage in freshness and also will cut down on your show day prep.
Keeping this in mind, I have used 1/3 baby oil, 1/3 sheen, and 1/3 conditioner mixed in a spray bottle. We spray this on them and brush it in every day.
The day of the show we only use water to give a little extra shine right before the go in the ring. Their skin looks fresh, their hair is trained and the judges love it.
Hope this was helpful.
